Submitting Video

Requirements

• The video must be your original video, that you have recorded.
• Each subject on the video must sign the attached consent form. Subjects under 18 must have a parent sign the form. These must be scanned and uploaded on the form here.
• Recommendations for recording video are presented here.
• You will always have control over the video you have submitted, to delete it or change it when you want.

Submitting the video

• Sign-up for an account (if you don't already have one): Please use your real full name as your username, so you will have credit on the website for your contribution.
• Click the Upload Video link at the top of the page.
• Select the video file and begin the upload. Large files will take several minutes to upload.
• While the video uploads, take some time to fill out other fields in the entry form, especially the tags.
