Stage:

Stage: Intermediate

Characteristics: Shows how to run downfield X yards, turn and run wide, turn the head and prepare for the catch, jump while running to make the catch, then adjust the direction to keep moving the ball downfield.

What to Change: Keep your balance throughout the exercise. Make sure when you jump that you get high enough to catch the ball, but not too high that you stay off the gorund for too long.

Cue: Get a great jump in and keep your momentum going.
