Teaching the shot put

Tarah was teaching a group of students that were beginners but some of them had done shot put before but most of them didn't know how to throw a shot put.

She was teaching the students how to rotate when throwing the shot put and how to keep your feet pointed at your target.

She need to explain what she wants the students to learn and have give more detail as to why you rotate and want to keep your feet facing the target.

The most important cue would be 90 degree rotation.
