Rock Climbing Technique

Stage: Intermediate

Stage Characteristics: He keeps three contact points on the rock at all times, uses his legs to lift, watches his feet and successfully climbs the wall. However, he does not test the holes. Having climbed this wall myself, it is a very easy path up the wall that any beginner can successfully complete.

What to Change: I would recommed he tries a harder wall.

Cue: Test the holds!
