Stage: Intermediate

Characteristics: Students has the correct arm movements and head is faced up rather than looking down! Also, when landing student bends knees to help her ending.

What to change: Once the student is in the air she needs to point her toes sharply rather than a relaxed position. When landing the student needs to land with her legs together rather than apart. Finally, after the landing the student needs to pop back up with her arms at her side in a sharp manner.
