Submitting Video
Requirements
- The video must be your original video, that you have recorded.
- Each subject on the video must sign this consent form. Subject under 18 must have a parent sign the form. These must be mailed or faxed to the instructor. Contact information is listed here.
- Recommendations for recording video are presented here.
Submitting the video
- Sign-up for an account (if you don't already have one): Please use your real full name as your username, so you will have credit on the website for your contribution.
- Click on the link to sport you would like to add a video to.
- Click on the "Children" tab at the top.
- Create a new child using the "Video" link at the bottom.
- Attach the video and fill in all of the appropriate fields. In the tags field, include some terms that describe what is seen on the video (e.g. throw, kick, tackle). In the body, embed the video by using the "insert video" button to insert the tag.
