dribble analysis

Stage: intermediate

Stage Characteristics in this video: The dribble is near waist high (maybe a tad high), the ball is kept under
control with out carrying, and it is pushed not slapped to the floor.

What to Change: keep your non-dribble hand off the ball. It came over once while you were dribbling.

Cue: one hand only
