Stage Comments: feet are correct and has a lot of speed on the ball
What to Change: make sure you keep your elbow locked and your hand is turned backwards before you realse the ball.
Cue: elbow locked and back of hand is faceing forward when throwing

Stage Characteristics: A lot of the key features are present: he has a run-in, going from small steps to larger ones; He uses a windmill motion with both his arms; And he follows through. He errs in shuffling his feet sideways before release, is not fluid with his non-bowling arm follow through, and does not keep his eyes on the target.

What to Change: Run keeping toes toward target, right before relase, plant back foot either parallel to or pointing toward target to push off for release

Cue: Run toward target, plant, release.
