Written Analysis: Analyze the following
- Stage: Identify the stage of the skill that is exhibited (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert).
- Stage Characteristics: Describe 2-3 features of the movement on the video that is characteristic of the stage identified.
- What to Change: Identify and describe the most important aspect of the skill that will need to be changed for the subject to improve.
- Cue: Write the single most important verbal instructional cue to help the performer improve.

PES 294, Skill Analysis
Skill: Intermediate/ Expert
Stage Characteristics: All quarterbacks held ball with both hands and did an underhand toss. Football was tossed to where the runner would be. Receivers all caught ball then tucked it.
What to Change: The second pair: The toss was thrown a little high. The ball should be aimed for the receiver's chest, not the shoulder. The third pair: It is hard to tell, but it looks like the pass may have been made too late where the receiver was in front of the one throwing, which would make it an illegal lateral pass.
Cue: Second pair: "Aim for chest". Third pair: "throw only to side or behind"
