The server is on the intermediate level for this serve.
* The head of the racket is below the hand when contact is made.
* He is located in the service area, and serves to the correct court.
* I believe he holds the birdie correctly (hard to see totally).
2 things that can be improved =
** The left arm should be level with the shoulders.
** He should let the birdie drop, and not bring the racket to his hand.

Stage Characteristics: Describe 2-3 features of the movement on the video that is characteristic of the stage identified. Contact is made below waist with the head of the racket below the hand so the racket is pointing downwards.
What to Change: flight of the shuttlecock is a bit high and shallow which makes for an easier return. An advanced serve would not travel as high, in some cases barley making it over the net, and are much deeper.
