oops

I posted the wrong push up video. Her form is not too bad. Please comment anyway. Thanks.

1. The skill level shown in

1. The skill level shown in this video is intermediate. Performing push-ups for one minute requires a certain level of muscular strength.
2. While performing a push-up, the individual should start belly down with their hands positioned next to their shoulders. Their toes and balls of feet will stay in contact with floor the whole time. As the individual begin to push themselves up their back should stay straight the whole time. Their arms should lock out before descending. The individual should then descend until their arms are at a 90 degree angle or their chest is a fist lengths away. Their head should be up to help keep their back straight.
3. The individual in the video should keep their back straight and stay consistent with the depth they descend to. She should also keep her head up to help keep her back straight.
4. An instructional cue to help her improve her push-up would be "keep your back straight". This will help her improve her form and get the must out of a push-up.
