6210 Forward roll
Stage: Intermediate/advanced
Stage characteristics: Bend knees into a crouching position, hands flat, smooth roll, nice tuck and rise to upright position.
What to change: Keep feet forward, maintain a straight line more enthusiasm on the follow through, hands held high.
Cue: Enthusiasm and foot position

Forward Roll

Stage: intermediate
Stage Characteristics: he showed good form, and almost stayed in a straight line
What to Change: hands were too far away from feet, stand taller
Cue:reach for the ceiling, put hands closer to you feet at the begining of the roll

Foward Role

Stage Intermediate
Stage Characteristics: This individual did a great job roling and keeping his body going foward to a stand. He tuked and roled foward well. He almost stayed in one full line going foward.
What to change? I think he could have done a better job at putting his hips above the head.
Cue: Stay in a straight l;ine going foward and bringing his hands to the sky.

Forward Roll

Stage:
Beginner

Stage Characteristics:
A beginning move. Most kids do this before they even know what it's called. Rolling without tucking chin to the chest is a common mistake for beginning tumblers. The result of not tucking the chin is a hard slam of the back onto the mat. Rolling up to a sitting position or back onto the feet and into a standing position is sometimes a challenge for young beginners. Rolling up into a sitting position requires a strong core, rolling up and into a standing position requires leg strength.

What to Change: The only change I would make to this video would be to add slow motion and insert cues.

Cue:
Chin to your chest. Tuck and roll.
