Kick Ball Strategy
To analyze this film we must break it down into two sequences.
The first sequence will be the initial kick.
Stage: Beginner
Stage Characteristics: The participant does not show good ball placement by kicking it straight to a fielder. He shows poor decision making skills by intentionally kicking the ball to the same side he is running to.
What to Change: Participant should try to kick the ball to a spot in the gym where there is not a fielder. He should also try and kick the ball away from where he is trying to reach base
Cue: Find a gap! Place the ball!
The second sequence is base running
Stage: Intermediate/Expert
Stage Characteristics: The base runners show good awareness by concentrating on the ball and waiting for the right opportunity to run. They recognize the over throw to home and advance to second and again another over throw to advance to third and eventually home.
What to Change: I dont think there is anything to change. The runners take advantage of the defenses mistakes
Cues: Great Job! Nice Base running!

Advanced kickball
I am feeding off the comments made by Drew Wise. He stated that the participant did not show good placement. It did not show whether there was a runner on third. If there was, then it was a great move. That individual threw it to first and the runner went home safely. I am not sure why the bases were mats, or if it was all they had. The title is Optional advanced kickball. What made it advanced? I could have used a more informative approach than to just watch you play. Someone could be explaining what makes it advanced and what is going on and why. I do like how you made the teams specifically different, by using the yellow vests. I noticed that when the kicker made it to second base, there were three runners. I don’t understand. If one is out, they are all out? I enjoyed the new game. I just would have appreciated more information on how it was played. The base runners were smart for advancing each plate with the over throws of the ball. Do not let my information discourage you from you great work. Keep the clips coming.
Advanced kickball comments
Stage: Kicking the ball is a beginners skill. Very basic. Knowing where to kick it is more of an intermediate level.
Stage Characteristics: It did not show whether there was a runner on third. If there was, then it was a great move to kick the ball towards first base to sacrafice. That individual threw it to first and the runner went home safely. The throwing of the ball the next advancing base was the actions of a beginner. You give it back to the pitcher or to the base before, not allowing that person to advance to that base.
What to Change: Make sure that you know where all the base runners are. The object is not to allow them to advance bases.
Cue: Keep your eyes on the ball at all times. Be alert.
