Jump Rope
Stage: Intermediate
Stage Characteristics: The participant shows good concentration. He uses good form by not over exaggerating arm and leg movement. Most movement is in his wrists, elbows and ankles. Ground contact time is minimal.
What to Change: The only thing to change is the participants overall movement on the floor. They should concentrate on staying in one spot and not rotating.
Cues: Great Job! One spot! Stay Put!
