Stage: Intermediate

Stage Characteristic:
1) The participant can use own body weight to make the specific exercise effective.
2) Arms just have to move back and forth as if you were waving.
3) Feet move in and out as if you were stepping to the side but at the same time.
4) This specific exercise require participant to have some cordination to move arms and legs at the same time.

What to change: Participant should look up while performing specific exercise.

Cue: Up and out; down and in
