Stage:
Stage: Intermediate-advanced
Characteristics: The gymnast poperly lowers herself to the floor with arms extended. She places both hands on the floor, but not her head, and pushes off with her feet into the roll. Unlike a beginning gymnast, however, she rolled with enough force to not have the top of her head touch the floor during the roll. She smoothly completed the roll on the back of her head and back and then returned to standing position.
What To Change: Nothing
Cue: Great job! Keep up the good work!
