Begininer: Breast stroke start

Level: I believe that the person on the left is less advanced than the person on the right. Both I feel are begininer and intermediate, respectively.

Characteristics of Stage: On the left, the swimmer's stances is not balanced, the distance between the arm and legs are not at a good distance for his body size. The stance position, beinding especailly at the knees isn't low enough to give him adequate distance on the start.

Improvements: In order to improve his distance, he should get adequate distance between feet, bend at the knees, not waist. Head should be down (lowered at the back)

Cues: Feet at Shoulder width, bend at the knee, bounce and explode.
