Im not really what this video
Im not really what this video is trying to show. In racquetball you want to be down and ready at all times you don’t know where the ball may go. So this guy standing straight up just swinging away is pointless. If possible he should try and turn and make contact with the ball at or below his waist to try and keep the ball as low as possible for his return. He should also stem into hit.
video analysis
Stage: skill shown is at a novice level
Stage Characteristics: player did make contact, and has on eye protection
What to Change: body should be in an athletic stance, racquetball is a fast game got to be ready in an athletic position at all times.
Cue: "be ready" and "get out of the way" or the cameraman.
